Kharsawan: Upgraded High School, Krishnapur, has recorded a 100 percent pass result in the JAC Class 10 examinations, with Ishwar Chandra Mahato emerging as the school topper by scoring 92.8 percent marks.
Simran Mahato secured second position with 89.6 percent, while Deepika Mahato stood third with 88.2 percent. Out of 66 students, 48 passed in First Division and 18 in Second Division, with 13 students scoring above 80 percent.
Ishwar Chandra Mahato, son of Bharati Mahato (homemaker) and Pradeep Kumar Mahato (medical worker), aims to become an engineer. He attributed his success to disciplined self-study of around seven hours daily, guidance from teachers and regular practice of model test papers.
Acting Headmaster Manoj Kumar congratulated the students and wished them success in their future endeavors. Teachers including Vishwajit Kumar Satpathy, Nutan Rani, Khirodhar Sahu and others expressed pride in the school’s strong performance.
The top 10 list reflected consistent academic excellence, with students securing marks above 82 percent, marking another successful year for the institution.
