Jamshedpur, Feb 22: A joint meeting of DSPs and officers in-charge of the three bordering districts of West Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand was held in Jharpokhariya, Odisha, on Friday. It was convened to discuss the law and order situation and preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
During the meeting, the officials unanimously decided to share lists of criminals and extremists and conduct joint search operations and monitoring against them. SDPO Ghatsila and DSP Mosabani were present at the meeting along with the OCs of Baharagora, Ghorabandha and Dumaria. DSP Belpahari and DSP Jhargram of West Bengal were also present along with the Additional SP and DSP of Odisha districts.
