Jamshedpur, Aug. 1: The Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur visited Gurukul at Sapra village on Monday, August 1 and gave sports equipment for underprivileged children.
These included bats, balls, wickets and stumps for cricket, footballs and table tennis balls and monopoly games.
Lunch was also provided to the children of Gurukul. Rice and dal was also donated by members of the club.
Gurukul is a residential school at Sapra Village for underprivileged children. No fees are taken from students who come from very poor background and some are orphans.
The members of the club present were Sujata Sachdev , Mamta Trehan , Kiran Debuka , Preity Goyal , Satwinder Kaur , Sapna Talwar, Indu Bhambri and Vinita Shah
