Incident of toto driver pushing student in Giridih raises concerns

Giridih: In Giridih, a concerning incident unfolded when a toto driver allegedly pushed a student from Sir JC Bose CM School of Excellence Plus Two School after she refused to sit in the toto. The incident occurred around 3 pm on Tuesday when Tamanna Parveen, a class 12 student, was on her way home to Telodih after the school dismissal.

As Tamanna reached the school gate, a toto driver insisted she sit in his vehicle. However, as there was another toto available on a different route, Tamanna refused to board the driver’s toto and proceeded ahead. In response, the driver reportedly deliberately pushed her from behind, causing her to fall.
Upon learning about the incident, the principal in-charge and other teachers intervened, taking Tamanna to Giridih Sadar Hospital for medical attention.
