Chaibasa, April 25: Jharkhand’s Human Resource Development Minister Neera Yadav on Tuesday chaired the district planning and 20-point programme implementation committee meet at DC office in Chaibasa. MP Kariya Munda was also present on the occasion.
The public representatives raised issue against NPCC construction company for not building providing quality road and most of the roads are left incomplete.
The public representatives mentioned that the construction company has undertaken 198 roads construction work. Dr Neera Yadav asked the deputy commissioner to take action against the company. Executive engineer was also found guilty of not constructing the school boundary wall at Khutpani despite the receipt of money. The committee recommended to suspend immediately the engineer.
The Civil Surgeon was asked to take over the 8 newly constructed heath centers and get the centers accessed to electricity. Nagar Parishad executive officer salary was held on for not attending the meeting.
The Minor irrigation EE salary was also held on for not using the transformer and lack of coordination between electricity department and Minor Irrigation department.
Kariya Munda alleged the administration for neglecting Tonto block. Jagganathpur Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya is to be accessed to electricity.
The administration was asked to lodge an FIR against the contractor of Kathbari community health center for not completing the work of the health center building construction.
Dr Neera Yadav said, ‘We see discrepancies in every government schemes in the district. Present during the meeting were MLA Geeta Koda, MLA Deepak Birua, MLA Joba Manjhi, MLA Niral Purty, DC, SP, ADC, DDC, Civil Surgeon, DRDA and the members of the district planning committee.
