Ranchi: The only Sadar Hospital in Seraikela is devoid of the basic facilities that are needed to be present for such an institution of importance for the people.
The hospital does not have adequate store of medicines for the patients coming from far and wide. As a result, many patients are returned by the hospital staff with the advise that they should purchase the medicines at their own expense.
This has led the people to grow resentful. The health authorities concerned are yet to take any measures to improve the situation. Despite repeated reminders from the people, they are yet to wake up from their slumber.
