Hindi Diwas celebrated with enthusiasm at KSMS

Jamshedpur: Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm and dignity. The entire campus echoed with the spirit of Hindi as students and teachers participated in various activities.

The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Principal, Nandini Shukla, in the presence of Vice Principal Sujata Singh, Reena Banerjee, and A.L. Abraham. Addressing the gathering, the Principal said, “Hindi is not only our language, but also the basis of our culture, unity, and identity.” She urged students to adopt Hindi with pride and respect in their daily lives.

Students presented a variety of colourful cultural programmes, including poetry recitation, qawwali, and dance drama. A debate competition was also held where participants expressed their views with clarity and confidence.

The programme concluded with a prize distribution ceremony. In humorous poetry recitation, Arthav Gupta secured first place, followed by Akshita Agrawal and Yashasvi Singh. In poetry recitation, Aarushi came first, Shrinika Bose second, and Aakriti Chaudhary third. In debate, Pranay Ranjan stood first, Rishika Thakur second, and Aakriti Chaudhary third.

The Principal congratulated students and teachers for the successful celebration. The school family also resolved to continue promoting the Hindi language for future generations.
