Jamshedpur, Oct 18: Hill Top School has once again showcased its dedication to academic excellence and overall development, achieving remarkable recognition in the India School Rankings 2024-25, conducted by Education World. The school secured the 1st position in Jamshedpur and an impressive 2nd position in the entire state of Jharkhand.
This honor was awarded during a grand ceremony held in New Delhi today, where educational leaders and institutions from across the country gathered to celebrate excellence in education.
The accolade was received by Principal Uma Tiwary, who represented Hill Top School at the event. In her acceptance speech, she expressed immense pride in the school’s accomplishments and gratitude towards the faculty, students, and parents for their unwavering support and dedication. “This recognition is not just a reflection of our hard work, but also an indication of the trust and commitment that our entire school community has shown towards fostering a nurturing and enriching learning environment,” she stated.
The India School Rankings, conducted by Education World, are renowned for their rigorous assessment criteria, evaluating various aspects of educational quality, including academic performance, infrastructure, faculty qualifications, and extracurricular activities.
India’s top Day Schools are: Inventure Academy Bengaluru (Day co-ed), The Emerald Heights International School, Indore (1+) jointly with SAI International School, Bhubaneswar (Day-cum-boarding), Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur (Girls Day) and Campion School, Fort, Mumbai(Boys Day).
A sample database of 8,700 respondents, including 5,150 parents and 3,550 education professionals across 34 cities in India, was surveyed to rate the country’s Top 4,000 schools on 14 parameters of educational excellence, making it the world’s largest annual school rankings survey.The survey rates and ranks the country’s Top 4,000 schools in 4 main and 23 sub-categories — Day: Co-ed, Boys and Girls, Day-cum-boarding; Boarding: Co-ed, Girls and Boys; International: Day, Day-cum-boarding and fully Residential.

Trust me it’s not correct, i have visited Hill top school more than 10 times during feb-march for admission of my daughter but even they have not allowed me even single times to visit office or meet with principal. Main gate will always be locked and entire school management make a feeling and env. Like a corporator. How can you restrict everyone and avoid meeting with any parents, good school always follow two way communication and you are restricting to meet with any outside parents even your salary is getting paid by any parents. I respect LFS, Chinmaya, Convent school, KPS for maintaining transparency. This award is not given to a school who really deserves. If you will visit these schools then you will come to know either Hill Top is a school or a corporate sector. Even principal of hill top is not having patience to meet and atleast listen those who really wants or needs.
