Ranchi: All Jharkhand Students Union today declared Dr Hemlata S Mohan as the party candidate from Dhanbad Lok Sabha constituency.
The declaration was made following a meeting of the party�s Parliamentary Board. This was informed by the party�s central spokesperson Dr Devsharan Bhagat.
Dr Hemlata is the former chairperson of the state Women�s Commission.
