Govind Vidyalaya hosts 24th annual science, art, and handicraft exhibition

Jamshedpur: Govind Vidyalaya Tamulia organized its 24th Annual Science, Art, Sports, Social Science, and Handicraft Exhibition on November 30, 2024, showcasing the creative brilliance of its students. The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Manoj Kumar Yadav, a renowned social worker, entrepreneur, and sportsman, along with special guests Muktar Alam, Ejaz Ahmed, Naresh Kumar, and Shakeel Mehdi, who lit the ceremonial lamp and cut the ribbon to commence the program.

Present at the occasion were school secretary Abhishek Sharma, Principal Ms. Krishna Modak, Hindi Medium Principal Sunita Tripathi, Senior Coordinator Harvinder Kaur, Junior Coordinator Shabana Parveen, and Head of HODs Naushad Razia, along with teachers, parents, and distinguished guests. The event witnessed active participation from all teachers, ensuring its grand success.

A total of 518 projects from both English and Hindi mediums were displayed, covering diverse subjects like Physics (18), Chemistry (17), Biology (26), Mathematics (47), Social Science (20), English (30), Hindi (26), Sanskrit (10), Urdu (17), Sports (7), Handicrafts (229), Commerce (6), and Computer Science (28). The exhibition was meticulously organized under the supervision of in-charge Mohammad Irfan and co-in-charges Dolly Mandal and Dayal Patra, with contributions from HODs of various subjects.

Jury members from different schools evaluated the exhibits, which impressed all attendees with their innovation and creativity, making the event a resounding success.
