Gas cylinder stolen from Jamshedpur residence, cases of theft mount

Jamshedpur, June 27: Thieves targeted the house of Diwakar Mishra, a resident of Sidhgora Gwala Basti. Diwakar had left for Ujjain on June 22 while his family had gone to Siwan. On Thursday morning, as he was returning to Jamshedpur from Ujjain, his neighbors informed him about the theft.

Upon reaching home, Diwakar found that the thieves had broken the latch of the main gate to enter the house. The only item stolen was a gas cylinder. Diwakar reported that in the past week, thieves had struck five houses in the colony, stealing motors and gas cylinders. The police have been informed about these incidents.
