Jamshedpur: Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with great fervour at Sri Sainath Devsthanam, Ghorabandha, Telco, on Friday under the aegis of Sai Parivar Vishwa Seva Sansthan.
The puja was performed by the head priest Sujit Kumar Pathak in the presence of Shailendra Kumar Mishra and Adarsh Mishra.
It started with Ganesh vandana at 9 am. An aarti ceremony was performed thereafter. A large number of devotees participated in the event. Prasad was distributed among the devotees in the afternoon.
Among those present on the occasion included Anup Ranjan, Rashmi Narayan, Raj Kishore Sahu, Rajesh Gupta, Shailesh Singh, Rajesh Gupta and Mahendra Yadav.
