Gala Winter Carnival at Jamshedpur’s Bistupur Market from today

Jamshedpur, Dec 12: Bistupur Traders� Association (BTA) will organize for the first time a Winter Carnival between Sunday, December 15 and Sunday, January 1. Incidentally, the shopkeepers formed BTA one year ago. More than 40 shopkeepers with their businesses on Bistupur Main Road will be a part of the Carnival.

At a press conference organized today, BTA executives informed that Santa Claus would be moving around the market distributing surprise gifts to children on December 23 and 25. Moreover, the participating shops in the Winter Carnival will have gifts like mobile phones, TV sets, Google Echo, Caravans and other such exciting commodities amounting to more than 100 for customers.  Gift vouchers will be distributed among the customers and the lucky draw will be held on January 2. Thus almost everyone would have a chance to win a gift.

Answering a question BTA president Naresh Agrawal said that the concept of organizing this Winter Carnival was presented by the youngest member of the Association Madhav Dev. Among the shops backing this initiative are Chhaganlal Dayaljee Sons, KM Enterprises, Lenovo, Allen Solly, Vijay Bhandar, Peter England, Frontline, Devchand Madhavjee, Raja Medical, VD Garments, Dot Net and others. Present at the press meet were BTA president Naresh Agrawal, vice president Naresh Dev, secretary D Adeshra, treasurer Kiran, Madhav Dev, Sarthak Meghani and other members of the Association.
