CM inaugurates bicycle rally on 75th Bharat Amrit Mahotsav
Ranchi, March 12: Chief Minister Hemant Soren inaugurated bicycle rally organized by the Sports Directorate of Jharkhand Government on the occasion of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ dedicated to the 75th anniversary of independence of the country.
Chief Minister rode a bicycle on his way to Morabadi Ground on the occasion of 75th Bharat Amrit Mahotsav.
Hemant Soren said that many brave sons of the country sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the country. This is a matter of pride for all of us. The democracy of India is due to the sacrifice of these brave sons. Freedom fighters including Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Lord Birsa Munda, Sidhu-Kanhu, Veer Budhu Bhagat have played an important role in establishing democracy of the country. The Chief Minister said that ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of independence of the country. It is a symbol of inspiration and enthusiasm for the youth of the state. On the occasion, he extended his best wishes to the people of the state.
It is to be known that the bicycle rally has been organized by the Sports Directorate on the occasion of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ dedicated to the 75th anniversary of independence of the country. This cycle rally began at the Chief Minister’s residence and concluded at the Audrey House.
On the occasion, Sukhdev Singh, Chief Secretary, Pooja Singhal, Sports Secretary, Zeeshan Qamar, Sports Director, National Cadet Corps (NCC) and others were present.
