Free ‘Shri Ram’ badges distributed after prayers at Jamshedpur Ram Mandir

Jamshedpur, Jan 16: Social worker and fan of film starlet Madhuri Dixit, commenced distribution of ‘Shri Ram’ badges (Billa) among people after performing prayers and Aarti at the Andhra Bhakt Shri Ram Mandiram in Bistupur on Tuesday, January 16 evening. The prayer was conducted under the guidance of Pandit Santosh Kumar and performed by five priests. 1,100 earthen lamps laid out to read ‘Jai Shri Ram’ were lit to mark the occasion.

Prasad was distributed following the prayer and Aarti. Pappu Sardar honored the five priests by presenting them shawls. Appreciating Pappu’s dedication to community service, Chief Priest Santosh Kumar honoured him during the event. during the event.

Pappu Sardar expressed his joy on the celebrations in Jamshedpur in excited anticipation of the consecration of the Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on July 22. He encouraged all residents of Jamshedpur to contribute at their individual levels to make their city a ‘Ramayana’ of its own.
