Jamshedpur, August 30:Four students of Vivekananda International School on Old Purulia Road in Mango won gold medals at the two-day CIISCE Regional Taekwondo Championship held in Deoghar.
The gold medallists were Afsara Parveen of Class 8 (Under 14 Girls), Md Imran and Asim Raza of Class 9 (Under 17 Boys)and S K Zeeshan of Class 8 (Under 19 Boys).
Principal, Dr Nidhi Srivastava, extended her blessings and good wishes for their bright future. She informed that all the gold medallists will represent Jharkhand in the upcoming National Tournament scheduled in Ahmedabad.
