Jamshedpur : There is bad news for passengers traveling from Tatanagar to Howrah. The Railway Board has decided to stop four trains with immediate effect. However, the reasons for the closure are not mentioned. The three-pair train is being closed from May 6. The first of these trains is 02021 02022 Jan Shatabdi Special train going from Howrah to Badbil via Tatanagar. The other train is 02829-02830 Howrah Tata Howrah Steel Express which has just been named Howrah Tata Festival Special.
Hundreds of passengers commute from Tata to Howrah every day on both these trains. But they are being closed now. At the same time, 02257-02258 Howrah Digha Howrah Special train going from Howrah to Digha. This train is also being closed indefinitely from 6th May ie Thursday. At the same time, 02849 Hatia Pune Special train going from Hatia to Pune is going to be closed from May 7 while Pune Hatia Special train is being closed from May 9.
In this regard, the Chief Passenger Transport Manager has issued an order for the closure of all trains, citing an order from the Railway Board.
