In some of the currently operating vaccine centers in urban areas, people were facing problems due to which complaints were being received from various media, newspapers, social media and privately, in the light of which physical verification of vaccine centers by an investigation team. Action has been taken to identify a new vaccine center.
In the team formed under the leadership of SDM Dhalbhum Sandeep Kumar Meena, senior in-charge of Vaccination Cell, Nodal cum District Supply Officer of Vaccination Cell, Rajiv Ranjan, DRCHO Dr BN Usha, DCLR Dhalbhum Ravindra Gagrai, Executive Magistrate Savita Topno, Chandradev Prasad, Special Officer JNAC Krishna Kumar was present. The investigation team found that the crowd of people for vaccination is increasing and there is no proper and adequate arrangement of waiting rooms, drinking water, toilets in proper number at the centers as well as people try to enter the vaccination room during vaccination. Due to which the problem of law and order arises and it is also difficult to comply with the proper behavior of Kovid-19.
The investigation team also found that most of the objections raised are possible to be resolved if they are transferred to the newly selected centers instead of the existing ones. SDM Dhalbhum, senior in-charge of Vaccination Cell, informed that civil defense volunteers will be deployed at the vaccine centers to ensure compliance with social distancing, as well as for the elderly people above 60 years, pregnant and lactating women and differently-abled persons. There will be a queue system.
He informed that this transfer of vaccine centers is temporary, every effort is being made by the district administration to conduct the vaccination work smoothly so that the general public does not face any problem.
In place of the operated centers, the proposed centers are as follows- Kovishild Vaccination Center Community Center Dhatkidih Bistupur/Andhra Association English School Kadma Jamshedpur. Kovishild Vaccination Center Sewa Sadan Kagalnagar Sonari / Carmel Bal Bihar Sonari. Kovishild Vaccination Center UPHC Ramajananagar Kadma/Kerala Public School Kadma. The Kovishild Vaccination Centers are UPSC Birsanagar Zone No-5/ Gyandeep High School Birsanagar Zone No.6.
