Four arrested with stolen motorcycles in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, August 19: Jamshedpur police made a significant breakthrough in combating motorcycle thefts by arresting four individuals, including a minor, and recovering three stolen motorcycles. Acting on a tip-off received by the Senior Superintendent of Police, a team led by the City DSP set up a checkpoint near Prakash School Turning Point in the Mango police station area.

When four youths riding two motorcycles attempted to flee, they were chased down and apprehended by the police. The arrested individuals, identified as Aftab Ali, Ayan Ali, and Imtiaz Ul Haq alias Raju, confessed to stealing motorcycles from Mango, Sakchi, and other areas. During the investigation, another stolen motorcycle was recovered from Raju’s residence in Golmuri.
