Former Minister Lewis Marandi Hospitalized for Gallbladder Operation

Ranchi, Nov 8: Former minister Lewis Marandi has been admitted to Medica Hospital for a gallbladder operation. The procedure was performed under the supervision of Dr. Gautam Chandra.

Dr. Chandra reported that Mr. Marandi was admitted in critical condition, with liver injury, gall bladder swelling, and diabetes. He was initially stabilized during a two-day period before the operation took place on Wednesday. Currently, his condition is stable, and he is being accommodated in a private ward at the hospital.
