Forest dept on alert over tiger presence in Khunti

Ranchi, May 3: The forest department is on alert regarding the presence of tiger in the Taarup forest of Maranghada police station area of Khunti.

The discovery of the dead bodies of two bulls and tiger footprints in the forest has increased the possibility that the tiger has entered the forest. Although the forest department officials have not yet confirmed it, the department personnel believe that these are tiger footprints.

There is an atmosphere of fear among the villagers due to the arrival of tiger in Bodam area. However, the forest department has advised the villagers not to go towards the forest and security arrangements are being made. The forest department team is constantly making efforts regarding the presence of tiger in the forest and making the villagers aware.

After inspecting the forest, the forest workers found footprints there. Seeing the footprints found in the forest and the dead bodies of two animals, it is being speculated that there may be a tiger here. Experts have also speculated about the presence of tiger after seeing the pictures found on the ground.

Forest department officials are on alert mode and are investigating the presence of tiger in the forest. The department estimates that there may be a tiger or hyena in the forests of Maranghada. Forest workers are constantly monitoring the presence of tiger in the forest.
