Football match to propagate voters� awareness in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Nov 29: A variety of modes are being adopted under the SVEEP program in view of the imminent Jharkhand Assembly Elections � 2019. The district administration is leaving no stone unturned to ensure total voters turnout.

A football match as per the SVEEP program was organized at Marwari + 2 School in Phuldungri under Ghatshila Block between students divided into two teams, Team A and Team B. Team A won the match. Following the match, all school students were informed about the importance of election and were asked to urge their parents, relatives and neighbors to cast their votes on Saturday, December 7 at their allotted polling booths.

The district administration, as per guidelines of SVEEP, has been adopting several modes n Panchayats, villages, fair grounds and chowks to ensure that every voter exercised his or her franchise rights to build a strong and democratic government.

Those present during the football match organized at Marwari + 2 School in Phuldungri included Block Agriculture Officer Patit Pawan Ghosh, Block Welfare Officer Bablu Kumar Soren, APE Shital Kumari, School Principal Vipin Kumar Singh and faculty members who included Ranjit Kumar, Sandip Kesri, Prashanta Kumar Pal, Pawan Kumar, Trilochan Pradhan and Neha Zeb.
