Five from Jamshedpur in state U-19 cricket team

Jamshedpur, Oct 6: Priyanka Sawaiyan of West Singhbhum will lead a 15-member Jharkhand under-19 women’s team in the coming domestic cricket season beginning from December first week.

Jharkhand will begin its campaign against Saurashtra in the Senior Women’s One-day plate C (League phase) to be held in Rajkot from December 6, said Aseem Kumar Singh, Assistant Secretary of Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) here today.

The team will represent Jharkhand for the entire 2014-15 season, he said.

Following are the team: Priyanka Sawaiyan (Capt), Devyani Prasad, Shivani Kandeyang, , Sana Saif, Ritu Kumari from Jamshedpur , Ragini Kumari Bharti Rashmi Gudia, Anamika Kumari, Anjana Basant, Iram Khan, Roshni Kannojia, Israni Soren, Ashwani Kumari , Aarti Kumari, Shubhekchha Mandal.
