Jamshedpur, Oct 6: Sports Committee of United Club had conducted Member�s & their spouse�s Walking Race 5th October 2014 at United Club Campus. At the event Fifty (50) members� with their wives had participated.
The race was conducted in different categories were in Ladies 61 years & above Laxmi Lakhotia
Was the winner, Ladies 51 to 60 years Dr. Sheila Kumari, Prabha Podia and Sushma Sharma claimed top position.
Ladies 21 to 30 years Ankita Pankaj, Rashee and Amita topped, Ladies 31 to 40 years Alpana Mishra, Uma Agarwal and Mona Agarwal were the winners while Alpana Kothari, Mamta Murarka and Mahumita Roy won in Ladies 41 to 50 years.
Different events for men were also held during the competition. Kapil Modi, Vice President, United Club was the Chief Guest and distributed the prizes along with Jyoti Prakash and Gautam Mukherjee to the winners.
Avinash Kumar, Member, Sports Committee, United Club conducted the sports and Mr. Ravi, Ujjal Chatterjee, Ms. Madhumita, Ms. Pervin Rana & Mr. S D Rana cooperated in making it success.
