Firing for extortion on scrap dealer house, car in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, September 19: Bike borne criminals opened fire at the house of Mararpada resident Lalji Prasad under Sonari police station in Jamshedpur on Tuesday afternoon

The criminals also fired at the car parked outside his house. After committing the incident the criminals fled from the spot.

This entire incident was captured in CCTV. Here, after receiving the information, DSP Headquarters 2 Animesh Gupta also reached the spot and took information about the matter.

Police have also recovered two cartridges of bullets casings from the incident site.

Lalji Prasad said that even before this, bullets had been fired four times. One bullet was fired at the door of the car while the other bullet hit the wall of the house. Lalji Prasad told that even a month ago, Ajay Gaur had fired at him near CH area regarding extortion.

However, even after this he was not arrested, after which firing was done again.

Here, the police also examined the CCTV installed at the spot. The entire incident has been captured in CCTV. It is seen in the footage that two criminals riding a bike reached the spot. The criminal sitting behind them took out his weapon and fired a bullet at the car. The second bullet was fired at his house. The person who fired has been identified as Pintu Yadav alias Bhainsa, resident of Sonari Gwala Basti. Police are conducting raids to arrest him but he is said to be absconding.
