Female gang member nabbed for burglary in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, June 24: In a shocking incident that unfolded in the Sakchi area, a member of a notorious women’s gang was apprehended while attempting a burglary by forcefully entering into boxer Aruna Mishra’s house at Gandhak Road. The incident has left the local residents concerned about their safety and security. Two of her accomplices managed to escape and are currently on the run.

The incident occurred when the gang, known for its involvement in multiple thefts and burglaries, targeted a house in the quiet neighborhood of Sakchi. Taking advantage of the absence of the homeowners, the gang members attempted to gain unlawful entry into the premises.

However, their plan was foiled when vigilant neighbors noticed suspicious activity and immediately alerted the local police. Responding swiftly to the distress call, a team of police officers arrived at the scene and apprehended one of the female gang members red-handed. A gold chain and other ornaments were recovered from her.

The arrested woman was found in possession of various stolen items, including jewellery. She has a history of previous criminal activities and is known to be an active member of the notorious women’s gang operating in the region.

The police have launched a manhunt operation to track down the two absconding gang members who managed to flee from the scene. Special teams have been formed and are conducting extensive search operations in the surrounding areas to ensure their swift apprehension.

Speaking about the incident, an official stated, “We have identified the arrested gang member and are making every effort to locate and apprehend the remaining culprits. Our teams are actively pursuing leads and working diligently to ensure that justice is served.”
