Farmer’s daughter Sana, second Jharkhand topper in JAC Class 10 aims to pursue Software Engineering

Lohardaga, April 19: Sana Sanjuri, hailing from Lohardaga district, has achieved remarkable success in the Jharkhand Board matriculation examination, securing the second position in the state. Despite hailing from a farming background, Sana aspires to pursue a career in software engineering.

Sana began her academic journey at Ursuline Convent School in Lohardaga, excelling until class six. Subsequently, she continued her education at Indira Gandhi Girls School, Hazaribagh, where she resided in the hostel to facilitate her studies. According to her father, Yusuf Ansari, Sana was an avid reader since her childhood and her confidence in her abilities propelled her towards success.

Yusuf Ansari, a farmer, emphasized the importance of minimizing stress and avoiding undue pressure on students, advocating for a balanced approach to academics. Sana’s disciplined study routine of 5 to 6 hours daily, coupled with support from teachers at Indira Gandhi Girls School, contributed significantly to her achievement. Sana particularly acknowledged her Sanskrit teacher, Priyanka Sinha, for her guidance, as evidenced by her impressive score of 99 in Sanskrit.

Reflecting on her upbringing, Sana highlighted her mother’s pivotal role in her academic journey, citing her encouragement to study as instrumental to her success. With a younger sister following in her footsteps, Sana’s family remains confident in her ability to excel academically.

Sana’s outstanding performance, scoring 493 out of 500 marks, underscored her dedication and potential for future success. Despite her rural background, Sana’s aspirations and achievements serve as an inspiration for students across Jharkhand.
