Hazaribagh, April 19: Jyotsna Jyoti, the state topper in the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) Board matriculation examination has expressed her dream of becoming a doctor to serve society. Originally from Gidhaur block in Chatra, Jyotsna aims to contribute to societal welfare through her medical profession.
Hailing from Pandebagi village in Gidhaur block, Jyotsna emphasized the importance of education in fostering a better society. She received her initial education from the Government Primary School in her village before continuing her studies at Indira Gandhi Girls School, Hazaribagh.
Jyotsna’s commitment to her studies was evident as she diligently focused on academics, dedicating long hours to studying even after returning from school. She believed that continuous effort and dedication were keys to achieving academic success and building a better community.
Her father, Rajendra Kumar Das, serves as a government teacher and currently holds the position of Principal In-charge at Swami Vivekananda Plus Two High School in Mayurhand. Jyotsna’s grandfather, Mahadev Das, also had a career in teaching before retiring.
Jyotsna’s mother, Kiran Kumari, a homemaker, instilled in her the value of education from an early age, ensuring that there was never any compromise on her studies. As the eldest among three siblings, Jyotsna set an inspiring example through her academic dedication and aspirations for societal service.
