Gamharia: Former district superintendent of education (DSE) of Seraikela-Kharsawan Ratan Mahawar was bid farewell during a function organized by the teachers of Gamharia block on Friday.
The new DSE Suresh Chandra Ghosh was welcomed and felicitated by the teachers.
