Farewell ceremony held for 26 UCIL employees

Jaduguda, June 30: A significant farewell ceremony was held today at the Narva Pahar Vocational Training Center to bid farewell to 26 retiring employees from UCIL’s Jaduguda, Narva Pahad, and Turamdih uranium projects. Among the retirees, 14 employees, including Ishwar Majhi, were emotionally honored during the event. Uranium Mazdoor Sangh leader Anand Mahto expressed that retirement is a natural phase of life that should be embraced joyfully. He praised Ishwar Majhi for his dedicated service to the company since March 20, 1995, and wished him a prosperous future.

The retirement count included 9 employees from Jaduguda, 14 from Narva Pahar, and 3 from Turamdih. The farewell ceremony saw the presence of distinguished individuals such as SV Dimbad, Assistant Manager; SK Singh, Mining Foreman; Chandan Kumar; Dharmnath Sharma; Anand Mahto; Fagu Murmu; Sita Ram Murmu; Biren Tudu (Manjhi Baba); Heera Singh; Satish Sardar; Avinash Mahato; Hiranya Kumar Bhagat; Lakhinder Murmu; Khela Ram; Bamela Sardar; Rajesh Murmu; Pradhan Soren; Ranjit Kumar Rana; Bengal Tudu; and Charan Guiya, among others.
