Ex-PA files abduction case against Jharkhand CM’s sister-in-law Sita Soren after 95 days of incident

Dhanbad, June 11: Debashish Manoranjan Ghosh ex-personal assistant of  former MLA Sita Soren, sister in-law of  chief minister Hemant Soren, has filed  cases against  her  of  thefting  extortion,, beating , abduction criminal conspiracy in Dhanbad court after 95 days of alleged incident.

The alleged incident occurred on June 6 night and case was filed on June 10 in court of chief judicial magistrate (CJM)  Arti Mala on Tuesday.

Debashis Manoranjan Ghosh has also alleged that on May 27 Saraidhela  police station refused to lodge his case against Sita Soren when he came out from jail.

Cases  have been  filed against  Sita Soren  and her  8 staff Sunil Pasi, Rahul Nonia, Bholu Singh, Raunak Gupta ( all Dhanbad), Ganga Sagar Singh, Vivek Singh, Khushboo Singh and Rinku Shahdeo ( all Ranchi).

As per allegation of   Ex-PA Debashish Manoranjan Ghosh at late night of March 6, 2025, Sita Soren  and her 8 staff abducted him, beat up badly, withdrew Rs 4 lakhs from his different accounts  through his ATM and got signed on blank papers at Sonotel  Hotel  Saraidheal

 He has also alleged that  Sita Soren  by virtue of  political influence  trapped him in false case of  carrying country made  pistol and sent jail.

 Ghosh sent to jail on March 6

 Denashish Manoranjan Ghosh was sent to jail on late night of March 6 for pointing pistol on Sita Soren in room of Sonotel Hotel.

The ex PA Denbashish Manoranjan Ghosh had come Dhanbad  in the evening of March 6  to attend a  marriage ceremony in Katras along with Sita Soren.

 After function all of them  came Saraidheal based Sonotel Hotel for night stay where the incident took place. Saraidhela police  arrested Debashish Ghosh from hotel at night along with country made pistol.

 On Tuesday after  listening  plea of  Debashish Ghosh’ lawyer KK Tiwari, the CJM  accepted the case for hearing.
