Jamshedpur: District administration removed encroachment from Kadma main road by bring down as many as 80 structures and shops on Wednesday.
Many makeshift shops were demolished by the team of district administration officials. Local police assisted the administration officials in removing the encroachment.
The shop owners alleged that the administration should not have removed the encroachment before providing alternative places to them.
They said the administration should give a thought to the welfare of their families as they depended on the area for their daily business for livelihood.
