Jamshedpur, Feb. 9: A panchayat level Public Hearing was held at School ground of Kuldiha panchayat in Potka block under social audit.
During the public hearing the villagers raised several issues including no celebration of Rojgar Diwas, demanded increase in wage, dhoba construction, absence of job cards, employment, provide facilities during accident and deaths, formation of monitoring committee, providing medical services at MGNRERA sites and other issues were raised.
Heading the public hearing BO Sameer Kumar Sunda decided Rojgar Diwas will be celebrated by Panchayat Sevak and Rojgar Sevak every Thursday at Panchayat Bhawan.
On every Rojgar Diwas celebration, Job cards will be made. Arrears due will be paid to Ghasiram within 15 days. Ajit Gope has been ordered to pay the outstanding amount with late fine within 15 days.
The monitoring committee formed by the social audit team will fully work.
On the occasion Rajesh Kumar, Manas Kumar, Seemanto Bhuiyan, Jai Prakash Das, Lakhi Charan, Sanjay Kumar Laha, Harish Chandra Bhakat, Sadanand Nath, Kamal Patr, Adhir Chandra Laha, Karmu Bhakat, Radheshyam Singh, Gokul Rani Bhakat, Snehlata Bhakat, Durga Rani Pramanik, Sanjay Bhakat, Tara Rani Gorai, Asha Gope and others were present.
