Workshop on leadership held for UCIL employees

Jadugora: A two day workshop on leadership was organized on Thursday at Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL), Jadugora at MTC, Narwa.

It was jointly inaugurated by the general manager of UCIL PN Sarkar, mines manager Manoranjan Mahali and additional manager PM Nayak.

A total of 30 employees of UCIL participated in the workshop. They were divided into two groups.

The programme was sponsored by UCIL. The training was imparted by Sanjay Kumar of Central Board of Workers Education.

In his address, Kumar spoke on the qualities of leadership. He said the officers should think beyond their posts and assimilate the qualities of a good leader.

He said the good leaders should do away with personal differences and discriminatory approaches towards team members and try to achieve the collective goal.
