Church centenary celebration begins with women’s conference
Jamshedpur, February 17: Emmanuel Baptist Church in Sitaramdera will commemorate its centenary year and will host series of program this year.
As part of this celebration three-day women’s conference is being organized for Christian women of Jharkhand, Odisha, Bengal and Bihar on 21, 22 and 23 February from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Church compound.
Along with this, a main event of a spiritual awakening meeting “Emmanuel Mahotsav” has been organized for all the believers of Jamshedpur from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm every day.
In this centenary year Emmanuel Mahotsav, the anointed servant of the great God, Pastor Ajit Horo and Sister Aradhana Horo are coming from Delhi to preach the living word of God.
For the successful organization of the above Centenary Year Emmanuel Festival, an important meeting of the organizing committee was held today in the Emmanuel Baptist Church premises. In which different committees were formed and responsibilities were assigned to each member.
About 110 members registered their presence in the above meeting.
The Centenary Year Festival Organizing Committee includes president Raunak Das, chief coordinator Samuel Mahapatra among others.
