Jamshedpur, May 2: Kiran Ghai, member of Bihar Legislative Council and national Vice-President of BJP said that a person should not consider himself as lone but think about the country as a whole and this thought needs to be awakened.
In today�s world girls are giving stiff competition to the boys in every field and can do anything for the country and society. She was addressing the students at Pradesh Chatra Sammelan organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at Sidhgora Town Hall on Saturday.
Present on the occasion Padma Shri Mountaineer Premlata Agarwal said, �Two women have major contribution in my life my mother and my Guru Bachendri Pal (first Indian to climb Mt. Everest).
If one has a target set and self belief nothing is impossible to achieve. We must bring out our will power to achieve heights�. The event was held in two sessions, the first part was inaugurated jointly by ABVP National Chief (Student) Dr. Mamta Yadav, Chief Guest Bihar MLC Dr. Kiran Ghai and Guest of Honour mountaineer Premlata Agarwal.
During second session of the Sammelan State HRD Minister Dr. Neera Yadav, Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs�Minister Saryu Rai were present. Dr. Yadav said that education is mirror of the society and morality must be there in education.
Society will be safe only when the people are educated. Present at the event were Dr. Shrawan Singh, Gopal Sharma, Dr. Rajeev Kumar and others were present.
