Jamshedpur, Aug 27: Dr Manju Rani Singh took charge as the President of Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina during installation ceremony held at a city hotel on Friday. Chief Guest for the occasion was DG Vivek Choudhary. Installation officer for the event was PDG Rahul Verma while PDG Rajeev Ranjan was present as induction officer.
Outgoing President Sarika Singh informed about the work done during her tenure while Secretary Suchitra Rungta presented the details of the projects completed by the club. Rajeev Ranjan administered oath to five new members.
The new committee namely-Secretary P Pushpalatha, Treasurer Agnes Boyle, Vice President Suchitra Rungta, Club Administrator Neelakshi Jaiswal and PRO Kanchan Mishra also took charge.
New President said that we as a team will work in the interest of the society with focus on woman and girl child development.
