Jamshedpur: Dr Ashok Avichal, reputed Maithily literateur of the city, was felicitated with Sahitya Sevi Samman 2013 by Singhbhum Jila Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Tulsi Bhavan, on Monday.
A function was organized under the aegis of the Sammelan. The award was given for the outstanding contribution of Dr Avichal to the field of literature.
