Jamshedpur, Sept 29: The district Congress OBC Cell members led by its president Ranjit Ram celebrated the return of former parliamentarian and erstwhile party state president Dr Ajoy Kumar by distributing sweets in Jadugoda. Celebratory mood prevailed in the township since evening. Kushal Soren, Mohan Das and Basant Topno also participated in the celebration.
