Domjuri Mukhiya jumps before train, dead

Jamshedpur: The Mukhiya of Domjuri panchayat, Ram Kamal Singh, 40, reportedly committed suicide by jumping before Kalinga Utkal Express on Saturday. His body was recovered from the tracks, police said.

Sources said the Mukhiya set out of his house on a bicycle and jumped before the train coming from opposite direction near Khairbani. His body was dragged up to a distance of 200 metre.

Police recovered the bicycle of the deceased from the scene later in the day. The Mukhiya�s body was sent to the government hospital for post-mortem examination.
