Janshedpur: District councilor Ganesh Solanki has inaugurated ICDS (Anganwari) centre at village Luabasa under Golmuri-Jugsalai block.
On the occasion panchayat chief Gulab Singh, deputy chief Rajendranath Mahato, village head Mange Mahato, Jitendra Singh were present.
