Jamshedpur: The three-day-long Rabindra Sangeet Conference concluded here on Sunday at Rabindra Bhavan.
On the occasion students of Tagore School of Arts presented Tagore Songs. Thereafter noted singer Kamolini Mukherjee from Kolkata presented ‘Amar Matha Nato Kore’, ‘Amare Tumi Ashesh’, ‘Aajo Bujhi Aailo Priotamo’, and enthralled the audience.
The next singer of the evening Sasha Ghosal, also from Kolkata, rendered ‘Aaj Khela Bhangar Khela’, ‘A Bharate Rakhi’, ‘Aami Je Gan Gai’, ‘Ami Kan Pete Roi’, and other gems from Tagore Songs.
Noted singer from Bangladesh Laisa Ahmed Lisa caught the audience spellbound with the renderings of ‘Prabhu Amar Priyo’ ‘Bhuban Jora Apan Khani’, and ‘Chitto Pipashito Re’.
Shrikanta Acharya also entertained the audience with several Tagore Songs.
