Differently-abled Abhijit and mother provided pension benefits

Jamshedpur, Sept 2: Abhijit Ghosh, a differently-abled resident of Kadma, has started receiving government help. He has been confined to bed for years, was presented a wheelchair by former BJP district president Dinesh Kumar on the appeal by Abhijit’s friend Arun Kumar.

Health Minister Banna Gupta personally met Abhijit after Dinesh Kumar drew his attention. Dinesh had pointed out to the Health Minister that Abhijit had been deprived of his physically challenged certificate and pension. On being informed of Abhijit Ghosh’s plight, Minister Banna Gupta had directed the Civil Surgeon to ensure speedy cooperation in the matter. After dinesh kumar’s intervention and the Health minister’s instructions, differently abled Abhijit Ghosh is being provided daily physiotherapy facility under the Civil Surgeon’s directive. The entire process for his certificate has been completed and will be provided soon.

After Dinesh Kumar raised the issue of old age pension for Abhijit’s mother Manjushree Ghosh on twitter handle, the district administration approved the pension and the amount of old age pension has reached the bank account, which will be paid every month.

 Manjushree Ghosh and Abhijit have expressed their gratitude towards BJP leader Dinesh Kumar for this cooperation. Dinesh Kumar has also expressed his gratitude to the Minister, Deputy Commissioner, Civil Surgeon and the Social Security Department.
