Hausala 2026 Sports Event Hosts 200 Specially-Abled Children

Jamshedpur: CII Yi Jamshedpur organised the third edition of Hausala 2026 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. Around 200 specially-abled children participated in the annual sports event, turning the stadium into a vibrant celebration of courage, determination, and joy.

Chief Guest Surbhi Bhattnagar and Guest of Honour Leena Adesara attended the event, motivating the young participants and highlighting the importance of inclusion in society.

CII Yi designed Hausala to give children with special needs an opportunity to compete in a professional athletic environment. The event featured a range of track and field competitions, including running races, shot put, and discus throw. For many participants, stepping onto the track amid cheering spectators became a moment of immense pride and personal achievement.

The organisers emphasised that true ability shines when people provide the right platform. The CII Yi Accessibility Team, along with volunteers and the Yuva team, ensured smooth execution and created a memorable experience for every child.
