Jamshedpur, Nov 18: Development activities gained pace in the Jamshedpur East assembly constituency, as MLA Purnima Sahu laid the foundation stones for various development schemes worth approximately Rs 43 lakh in Burmamines on Tuesday for the second consecutive day. These continuous initiatives aim to strengthen the basic infrastructure across the area. The key schemes include the installation of paver blocks and beautification with tree planting along the main road of Burmamines Bhaktinagar, construction of wire boundary fencing and a permanent iron gate at Shri Ram Ashram complex, repair of the boundary wall of Hind Ashram and the beautification of the public well and construction of roads in Moneyfit Odia Basti.
Local citizens lauded MLA Purnima Sahu’s active engagement, noting that many long-pending problems are finally seeing on-the-ground solutions. MLA Sahu affirmed that all necessary public welfare works are being prioritized. She stated that problems identified across Burmamines and the entire constituency have been listed and will be addressed in a phased manner. She also instructed the contractors to pay special attention to the quality and timely completion of the work, emphasizing, “My effort is to ensure that every locality and every settlement area of the assembly constituency joins the mainstream of development and I will continue to work with full commitment for this.”
