Jamshedpur: On the occasion of completion of one year of the present government in the state, a district level development fair cum asset distribution ceremony is being organised at Ravindra Bhavan (Tagore Academy), Sakchi. Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar inspected the venue along with other officials including Deputy Development Commissioner Parmeshwar Bhagat and gave necessary guidelines regarding the preparations for the ceremony.
During this, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the venue carefully and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officials regarding the main stage, stall, seat arrangement, LED installation etc. The Deputy Commissioner said that MP, MLA, Zilla Parishad President, Zilla Parishad Vice President will be invited for the district level function.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the state level program would be broadcast live through an LED near the main stage and an LED in the middle ground. At the same time, beneficiaries of various schemes through six buses from the district will also participate in the state level program in Ranchi.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed to make a circular enclosure in front of the stalls of different departments so that unnecessary crowding situation does not arise in front of the stall and people keep standing distance from each other and get information about the plans. The Deputy Commissioner also directed to ensure the availability of sanitizer and mask at all stalls.
Kumar said that about 728 schemes will be inaugurated and the foundation stone of 83 will be inaugurated at the district level function. At the same time, through the stalls of 30 departments, people will be given information about various public welfare schemes run by the state government. He said that through this function, assets will be distributed among about 10,800 beneficiaries.
The Deputy Commissioner has appealed to the public that the people attending the district celebrations will necessarily use masks so that everyone can be protected from the risk of corona infection.
ADM Law and Order Nandkishore Lal, Director DRDA Saurav Kumar Sinha, District Planning Officer Ajay Kumar, District Transport Officer Dinesh Ranjan, Special Officer JNAC Krishna Kumar and others were present on the occasion.
