Gamharia, Dec. 28: Ramkrishna Forgings Workers Union’s annual general meeting (AGM) was held at Rajasthan Bhawan in Gamharia on Monday. Union President Abhay Labh presided over the meeting where company workers in large number were present.Â
The meeting commenced with Union treasurer Achelal Yadav presenting the account of expenses for the financial year and also informed about the income of the union in the last year. General Secretary of Ramkrishna Forgings Workers Union informed the gathering about the workers welfare work being done by the union in the current financial year.
Various issues relating to the workers were also discussed during the meeting where several workers informed the union officials about the matter of concern. The meet also deliberated on incentive pay of temporary workers, making temporary workers permanent, agreement on incentive rate for the upcoming year 2021 and others.
Addressing the workers, Ramkrishna Forgings Workers Union President Abhay Labh assured the workers of taking up their matter before the company management and said that all their problems will be taken up at the earliest. Discussions are being held on various issues with the management and hope the matters are solved so that the workers can be benefitted. Senior member Mahant Yadav extended the vote of thanks.
Present during the AGM were Ramkrishna Forgings Workers Union joint secretary Vipul Goldar, organizational secretary GP Das, working committee member Shailendra Singh, Naval Jha, Munshi Yadav, Anjani Singh, Diwakar Mahato, Aseem Das, Ashok Sharma, Pradeep Kumar Das, Rajendra Sharma, Kapildev Chouhan, Pranav Goswami, Arun Kumar Jha, Bhupendra Gorai, Umesh Singh and workers in large number.
