Jamshedpur : Residents of Yuvraj Enclave today handed six-point memorandum to the DC and demanded that their apartment must be registered under Jharkhand Apartment Act 2011.
They said that the Mango Notified Area Committee has declared the building as illegal and the residents are living under threat.
