Jamshedpur: The delay in the reimbursement of freight charges to the public distribution system shop owners has led the dealers into a miserably situation.
They have demanded an early payment of the dues. The shop owners are to be paid the freight charges by the administration under the door delivery scheme.
The payment is due from April 2012 to September 2013. The shop owners said they are now finding it difficult to carry out the door delivery work in the absence of funds.
