Ranchi, Dec 6: Arun Kumar Joshi (DRUCC, Ranchi Division and Representative of Federation of Chambers, Jharkhand) met DGM (G) Ritwik Sharma at South Eastern Railway Headquarters, Garden Reach, Kolkata on Tuesday.
He discussed the passenger amenities of Tatanagar Junction, Hatia and Ranchi Railway Station. He demanded the introduction of Tata – LTT Bi-Weekly Express, HTE – SMVT, TATA – SMVT Via Secunderabad, Shalimar – Jaipur via Tata and Hatia – Hadapsar (Pune) and also extension of Jharkhand Sampark Kranti Express upto Jaipur.
As a response in regards to augmentation of 3A coach in 12814/13 Steel Express, 2A in 12871/72 & 22861/62 Ispat Express, Pantry Car service in 18111/12 Tata- Yesvantpur Weekly Express, DGM assured that soon these augmentation will take place.
The meeting was also attended by Shashank Shekhar Swain and Somanko Tiru (Rail Advisor to Arun Joshi).
